Dear Dolls,

Thankyou for reading my review and in advance if you may have any questions, concerns, comments please feel free to contact me. About me: I am a healthy non drinker - non smoker active young woman in my mid 20's I was transformed into a BBL Doll almost 2 years and speak with much advice, and concern for future dolls. Dra. Duran, Yily Baez and many of the the Dr's in Dominican Republic and the beautiful clinic of CIPLA are some of the top in the international field of aesthetics and im not just saying it is very true. I would classify Colombian, Dominican Dr's as top Tier including some plastic surgery offices in Venezuela. It has been my experience of having worked for a plastic surgeon in DC who also has a brasilian run medi - spa that there is no comparison to the high quality and lux treatment you get for the price of these medical professionals and their works of art on us ladies. So if your on the fence about going abroad for a BBL think about the difference in Latin American Aesthetic the culture and variety of influence in beauty. Getting a BBL is worth it! It is worth the cost, time off, effort, discomfort, focus on your recover and most importantly take your time!

Taking your time means being responsible with the health of your body: How healthy are you to gain (healthy) weight? How healthy are you to take your recovery seriously and follow the Dr's recommendation (for ladies who are over weight) to really shed those pounds! Lipo if you are overweight is not an end all solution! You need to exercise, be really prepared for your recovery: some of you will understand if you've heard about the post op complication of what it is to have backed up bowels. (Sounds gross put pay attention to cleansing tips before you go in ladies)

During my stay I was with Virginia De La Paz Recovery and her sister who also has a recover house these ladies are amazing! Its a simple healthy peaceful place its like being at a warm loving home away from home - its not super lux but it is amazing if your a simple, reasonable person and not a pretentious over bearing american (keep that in mind). So during my stay there im sorry to say girl friends, but it is my experience that a lot of African American girls that are overweight have to much high expectations and dont really understand that there's more to achieving the Kim body than just a bbl. Dont be one of these that 1-2 months before surgery eats Mc.Donalds, friend chicken, pizza etc unhealthy carbs just for the sake of gaining weight - not all fat is the same ladies. In order to achieve the best healthy results 1-2 months before surgery UP your cardio game it will help with circulation after your surgery, making your heart and lungs stronger and there is no denying that light exercise prepares your body for the stress it will endure after such an aggressive procedure. Do not eat processed foods ladies!! Limit your intake of fried foods (one a week), limit your intake of white breads, pasta noodles etc! Instead fill yourself up after workouts with homemade sushi ( if your looking to gain weight) eat plenty of rice & beans ( LIMIT YOUR SODIUM INTAKE) stay away from potato chips (that stuff is the worst)! - fill up on homemade kale chips, rustic breads with toasted with cheeses! Snack on healthy things and the good thing is that you can gain healthier weight by eating PB& J, nutella sandwiches, soups & salads with heavier dressings - eat lots of fruits and veggies enjoy bigger and more frequent portions and always make sure that your bowel movements are regular at least once or twice a day! I cant say what a horror it was to hear of the complications a few girls had at the house I was staying because they came in maybe 1-2 days before surgery and had been consuming all this crap like Mc'D's, pizza and pasta for months when they didnt really need it! THREE of them ended up releasing #2 in the middle of their BBL! Of course all Dr's are trained on how to handle this, trust ladies you dont want this "Code Brown" to be you!! It is awful to go through in any medical field! And it happens so often that girls are backed up whether it be nerves, stress, anxiety about the procedure, supplements, metabolism or a combo of all, it can and does happen that while under that your body relaxes and releases whatever you've had backed up in your large and small intestine for a while.

Exercising regularly and just feeling like your empty before surgery is the best way to go in and out, 2 weeks prior really pay attention to what you put in and what comes out limit your red meat intake and animal products in general - (that is what makes our bowels have such strong odors) really focus on a fruits, legumes and grains food regime ONE -TWO months before. It really makes me awestruck to hear stories of girls with complications THINK smart ladies - you have the courage! Your already reading up and doing your homework, your already into fitness and beauty so don't be lazy go into surgery prepared to get over the worst of the worst if need be! Save that money and go for your dreams! Would love to hear from you Dolls xoxo!
