Terrible Experience

Wow I'm seriously so shocked how unprofessional this office is. I trusted Dr. Lee to perform an asian blepharoplasty (double eyelid) surgery in Feb 2017. I live in Seattle so flew to LA the day before my procedure. Day of procedure, arrived to the office 30min prior to my 9am appointment. Waited and waited until almost 11am before I was pulled into the pre-op room. At this point, I'm extremely nervous and frustrated. Dr. Lee comes in and spent not more than 5 minutes asking about what I was going for. No measurements. No studying my face and/or asking me to smile so he fully understands my facial structure. 10 minutes later, I'm in the operation room. A few weeks after surgery, I start noticing asymmetry but was told this is normal during the healing process. 6 months later, not only am I scarring in the inner corner of my eye due to epicanthoplasty (cutting of the inner corners to enable parallel crease), asymmetry is still there. Wait another 6 months and my right eye is now TRIPLE creased. Clearly Dr. Lee did not do it right the first time. Despite my fear of having to undergo a revision, I decide to schedule it because my eyes are totally uneven. I work with the consultant to set up another Facetime consultation to discuss specifics. Did not receive a call from the office as planned. Ended up rescheduling 4 times. 4 TIMES!!! One time, they said they didn't realize it was a Facetime call. Another time, they said Dr. Lee "is very busy" and couldn't make it. Another time, they said my consultant went on vacation and never came back so the appointment fell through. I'm sooo over it.



SERIOUSLY PEOPLE - spend your money elsewhere!!! There are many other doctors, esp in the LA area, that actually care for their patients and have their [RS bleep] together. This office, evidently, does not. Do not risk your face/body and your hard earned money like I did.
