The Smoothest Experience I Could’ve Asked for - and the Kindest Staff!
I’m now just over a month post-op and genuinely love my natural-looking double eyelid results. This was my second time getting non-incisional DES. I had it done 7 years ago, but the fold sagged over time from natural aging, so I suppose this counts as a revision.
From consultation to surgery, everything with Marble was seamless and efficient. My consultation was on a Saturday, and they offered me several surgery dates, including one just two days later. It made the whole process feel flexible and easy.
My appointment with Dr. Suh was very reassuring. I asked about ptosis correction (as another clinic had suggested), but Dr. Suh explained in detail why I didn’t need it based on my anatomy. He managed my expectations clearly and genuinely listened (which was not something I experienced at every clinic in Korea...) There was no ego from Dr. Suh at all and I felt like I could really trust him.
The English interpreter was great. She was fluent, helpful, and responsive throughout. She answered every question I had leading up to surgery and stayed by my side from the moment I went under to when I woke up. Overall, I felt surprisingly calm going into surgery, thanks to the staff.
The procedure itself was mostly painless. I only felt a bit of tugging and maybe one or two sharp pokes towards the end, but it was very tolerable. Most of my swelling went down within a week. That was a big difference compared to my first DES, where I stayed puffy for over a month. My results settled in fast and look super natural.
