Best First Surgery Experience

This was my first surgery experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Eight PS. For over 10 years, I’ve used eyelid tape and glue, but after noticing skin sagging, I decided it was time for double eyelid surgery. Dr. Oh Young Joo’s consultation felt personal, and he listened closely to my concerns. I had showed him a photo of myself with eyelid tape and asked him to replicate my eyes so that they looked natural. He concluded that the incisional double eyelid, epicanthoplasty, and a bit of fat removal was the best path for me to achieve my desired eyes. The staff at Eight PS were also incredibly kind and accommodating. As someone not very fluent in Korean, I felt supported every step of the way. On the day of surgery, Dr. Joo was incredibly meticulous and took his time ensuring everything was perfect, even having me open and close my eyes 30-40 times making sure nothing was rushed. He explained the process of the procedure clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. The surgery itself was painless and I was able to go home right afterward without any difficulties or discomfort. Recovery was surprisingly very smooth and fast, with only mild bruising and swelling- which was gone after two weeks. The results are exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Eight PS for anyone considering their first double eyelid surgery — the entire experience was seamless, professional, and rewarding!!!
