Double Eyelid + Fat Grafting Experience

Initially, I felt so overwhelmed researching different plastic surgery clinics in Seoul but ultimately came to NANA and am so glad I did!! I found Dr Choi HyeokJun through a friend of mine who also went to him for their double eyelid procedure. NANA was able to address all my plastic surgery and dermatology interests through double eyelid ptosis correction, Rejuran eye, full face fat grafting, and PRP, along with CO2 body mole removal. Lina was extremely helpful as my consultant and I really appreciated how I was paired with her for patient interaction from start to finish. I was really scared that my case would be lost in communications due to the various staff involvements and moving pieces of my treatment, but she ensured everything was streamlined and stress free!

First off, the facility is top tier—a beautiful building located right next to the subway station. But more than that, the staff and Doctor Choi truly made my experience. As it was my first time ever getting plastic surgery, let alone in a different country, Dr Choi was super amazing not only in the technical things but also consoling me about the post-op symptoms I should expect. Judy was my translator/coordinator and we clicked instantly. When I was anxious in the operating room, she was able to support and advocate for my needs to the nurses and other staff like no other! I’m extremely grateful to have her as my coordinator! Lisa and Lee DeongJun from the marketing team interviewed me and also helped translate/assist when Judy was unavailable which I really appreciated!

I also used their post-op facilities for the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and healite treatment to help speed up the healing process, both of which were amazing comfortable experiences with top notch equipment. I’m now a month post operation and am super excited to see the final look as I heal in the coming months!
