I Couldn’t Be Happier with the Results

Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to have double eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) but didn’t have the courage to undergo the procedure. Last year, I’ve been researching about blepharoplasty extensively & have decided it was time for me to get the procedure done.

Initially I wanted to get the procedure done in Korea. However, due to the pandemic I focused my search for a local plastic surgeon who would be as capable as Korean surgeons or even better and that’s when I found Dr Ellis Choy.

Instantly during the consultation, I knew that I wanted the surgery to be performed by Dr Ellis. I felt reassured of his expertise on double eyelid surgery when he showed me his work on other clients’ with their before and after pics. I was also impressed of how caring and supportive the rest of his staff in his clinic is. The environment is calm, relaxed and very positive.

Prior to the surgery, I was quite anxious and had called them for advice and I received reassurance from the staff that the procedure would go smoothly, and it did.

Dr Ellis & his staff are capable, organised & well-trained. Dr Ellis is a board certified specialist plastic surgeon which also helped reassure me that he is qualified and knows what he is doing.

During the surgery, I was awake with localised anaesthetic and didn’t feel any pain. Dr Ellis has a very gentle touch during surgery. Nurse Julie & Catherine were also very caring and supportive throughout the surgery & post-op.

It has been 2 months and I am well under way with my recovery from the double eyelid surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d definitely recommend Dr Ellis to anyone who’s interested in double eyelid surgery.
