Major improvement to my old monolids, albeit a bit asymmetrical

WORTH IT
10 months in now and I feel comfortable writing a review on my blepharoplasty procedure!
Prior to getting the surgery, I didn't actually know about Realself (lol), and to be honest if I had seen these reviews I most likely would have chosen a different doctor. Thankfully, Dr. Kim is skilled, my healing process went fairly smoothly, and I experienced no difficulties during recovery.
For the most part I like my new eyes, though I'm a bit torn on the results. The double eyelids are a major improvement to my old monolids, albeit a bit asymmetrical. It seems like the cuts were made slightly differently; my right eye looks natural, but it's like the left cut wasn't as deep, and tapers upwards a bit instead of down like on the right. As a result, some days my left eyelid crease looks a bit sleepy and sausage-y thick. I can also "feel" the crease more on the left when I look upwards.
The doctor was gracious and gave me a complimentary ptosis revisions on the left crease, but it hasn't made much of a difference. I don't think I'd do any more revisions because it was quite painful, so I think I'm pretty much set with these eyes. I am still pretty happy with the results because with some makeup and false eyelashes, the unevenness is hardly noticeable (it's just a hassle to do heavy makeup every day).
Would I do the surgery again? Yes I would, but it's a bit odd and jarring to look at myself especially in a reverse mirror. I think it's probably just impossible to guarantee 100% perfect results with something like this every time. I don't believe anyone really cares about the minor asymmetry except for myself either, as half of my friends didn't even notice my surgery. So to anyone looking to get this procedure done, I would just say to do your research and be prepared for possible unevenness.
