So I've always hated my chin and neck area. I had no neck my chin connected to the base of my neck and I had tried Kybella and CoolSculpting and it didn't work. I had Smart Lipo and almost instantly I could see the difference! But as days go by I seem to be getting pretty big lumps on my neck. I've been massaging it out as the doctor instructed but I'm not sure it's helping. Not sure if I'm not doing it as hard as I need to but I was not aware this could happen. A little nervous that it could be permanent.

The lumps/hardness are caused by swelling and sometimes it can last 2-4 weeks. So don't worry, the lumps will go away once the swelling settles down. Also, please apply some cream/oil and gently massage the neck area and the area below the neck to promote some lymphatic drainage to help reduce inflammation. After the swelling goes down, the skin on your neck will start to tighten up, and you will see great result. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
