Explant, Lift with fat transfer to breast, Belt lipectomy

Well I was glad I had the belt lipectomy since it got rid of my saddlebags even if it did flatten my butt, however the saddle bags are back and my butt is still flat. I am not going to be upset or regret it until a couple of months post op to see what the final results are. No needs to give a full evaluation until the results are final. I keep telling myself 2.5 weeks post op is not enough time to see the final results, right?

I went back to work at 2weeks post, thankfully I have a desk job that doesn't require much of anything. My stomach started to feel sore the day before I returned to work after a busy day. This is the first soreness besides my shoulders so not too bad. The breast haven't hurt at all. The swelling has gone down in the breast a little but they still look good in a padded push up bra. I think I will be happy with the results. The stomach is still swollen, I think. Hopefully that will go down and my butt won' t look flat. I am not happy with the scar placement of the extended tummy tuck on my hips. I asked for it to be low if possible but it comes up as high as my belly button. I am going to have to travel back to 1980 to find a swimsuit and underwear to cover the scar. The scar is 2inches above my underwear on my hips. But I guess that is the price for a flat stomach...

I finally looked and took a few pics. The pics look worse than it is. I am very pleased. My stomach is flat, no more saddlebags, and breast look good too. My nipple isn't sunken in but my butt looks a little flat. I hope it isn't flat once I can walk straight and all the swelling is gone. The breast are small but look good. I am so glad not to have hard sagging breast! I will take small and perky anyday.

Drains came out 9 days po. They didn't drains much after 5 days, so hopefully I won' t swell too bad without them. It pulled a little when he took them out. I go back on day 14 to have stitches removed.

Dr.F said I had a very large muscle separation that took some work to fix and he used all the fat he could get to inject into the breast but there wasn't much :( he said they are still a little swollen:( I wish they wouldn't get any smaller. He said to continue to take it easy but that has been harder to do with the holidays and I think everyone is getting tired of keeping my kids. I am so tired of sitting around.
I plan to go back to work in 3days- 2weeks po.
I feel good, and haven't had hardly any pain only a little sore if I am up too long >10 min. Or sit in same position too long.
