Hi, did you actually have a mommy makeover or just a TT? How are you feeling now and how are your scars for the TT?

A little worried

Cleaned the button and incision today. The button is oozing quite a bit and the incision seems very bubbly and in some spots black??? Could this be the start of necrosis? I see my surgeon Monday morning, could it wait until then?

I'd call the surgeon as soon as you can, it may be nothing but better safe than sorry. I really can't tell. Let us know what she says. Take care!

I'll call tomorrow lol I slept a lot today. Still so swollen from yesterday's walking. I freaking learned a big lesson Ugh

I barely walk, haha I'm going to squeeze what I can of this downtime, lol maybe that's why swelling hasn't been a huge issue with me. And do call, let us know...

Just saw your profile. I hope it's not necrosis but if it is it doesn't look like too much. I'm still dealing with mine. Now looks like it's opening and it was bloody and oozing his morning. Good luck hun. You look great!!

I. Am. So. Itchy.
I hate it. I have a tank top under my binder, so it's not that, it's my actual incision that's killing me.
I also went walking for almost 2 hours today, (it really wasn't far, it's just I was a turtle's pace and stopped every 10 minutes to rest lol, that walk usually would have taken me 1/2 hour round trip)
And now the swelling.
On a positive note, I'm going to a salt cave spa session tomorrow. 45 minutes of heaven in Hamilton lol

You walked 2 hours? (Insert shocked face here) that's a lot!
The itchiness, omg I'm right there with you, I have a back scratcher but that's not enough, I've resorted to using a brush Lol! Don't care either, feels good haha
User Avatar

Ooooh I'm going to try the brush lol. I am finding calamine lotion helps
User Avatar

I didn't think of calamine lotion, my hubby used some cold spray hospitals give on my buttocks/back of legs and that helped, scratching with brush still more satisfying lol and I take benadryl when I'm at my wits end.
