can anyone share their experience with dr Cabral?
I am going to entrust dr Cabral with my tummy tuck full back lipo and removal of breast implants with an uplift. Does anyone have any advise for me in regards to recovery house, items I should bring and has anyone stayed at the Batifore recovery house? Help I need all the advise and support I can get at this stage should I bring someone with me ?

I'm searching for a recovery house with fully equipped hospital beds and room service also a list of post op things I may need...please help in having a Brazilian butt lift lipo sculpture and tummy tuck please can any one share some advise or suggestions

I stayed at Armonia RH. Hands down the best service. No hospital beds tho. Really sweet nurses and good food!

Cosmicare is great I stayed there. No hospital beds though!! But nurses are there with you 24/7 and they serve you 3 meals a day with 3 snacks. And also she offers packages that come with stuff that you need for surgery. If you have an instagram look up cosmicare

So I got a quote today from dr Duran and I cannot...
So I got a quote today from dr Duran and I cannot wait i asked for tt and bbl but my quote covered lipo and I cannot be happier she says that my hemaglobin has to be at least 12 I don't think it's ever been that before but I want to be sure I'm 100 for this surgery any advise on medication to take to get my iron levels to at least 12?

Over the counter iron pills and chewable vitamin c. It helps you absorb it very well. Good luck !

Im having difficulty.. i was told ill get it this week.. ive been waiting over 2 weeks now..
Keep trying call walkiria at 7 am and tell them that u send couple email and was told to call back keep calling until they get to tired of u calling lol and u will see
When I called this morning and I use ext 201 or 210 whatever it is I was told to just send it again and she gave me a whatsapp # I added it and Cabrals pic is there. So I will try again in the morning and clarify that I am speaking to Durans ppl. I used the phone number that ends in 5050. Guess i might need to try the other ones.
Try pure absorb iron. Less constipation than the pills. If you take iron pills, take a stool softener as well. Vitamin c helps absorb the iron. So if you take the pills drink it with OJ. At least 2-3 times a day. Empty stomach is best. Though the iron can make you feel nauseous. I switched over to purabsorb liquid packets. Tastes like apple juice and the iron absorbs better. Good luck.

Keep an eye on your playlets also. Mine were too low and I had to fly home and reschedule. I was so focused on my hemo levels! They were 13 but my playlets were only 108 and they should have been 150 n above!!
