You will do it.!!! You will be shocked at how much weight falls off by cutting out sugary drinks, breads, noodles....the bad carbs. We will do it. Water water water is one of your best friends!!! And fresh fruit to your water when u just get "tired" of water. I weigh once a month at the end of the month....so we will see. CG

I have to continue with my change of eating habits even on the weekend. I pack my lunch and freeze my smoothie to take with me.My husband thinks I've lost my mind!!! This is a forever change because even after the mircale Dr. Almonte creates, my eating habits have to stay the same and my worker out. Right now I only swim. I have a bad knee so I walk only when necessary. I can't wait to post my pictures from the very beginning of my journey.

Hey thenewme123, I decided to go with My Home Recovery. Hope all is well. I hit my plateau...so my weight is in cruise control. I have to drop my calorie intake and increase my workout.Still excited and November cant get here fast enough!!!
