Last night in the D R
Hello I know it's been a minute but fitting in my follow ups with Dr Miguel Mota and his wife leticia renosto they make sure you are recouping well they saw me like every other day. I love the way they take the time to care about your well being. Went to the beach today no water or sand just relaxed at the table with my girlfriends and has lunch but did put that bathing suit on but was a little swollen cause I overdid it the day before call myself just doing 15 leg lifts thinking "ooooits just my legs" wrong sweating with lots movement in my stomach can cause edema so he was not happy with me ??. So relaxing until I'm able no matter how good I'm feeling....
4th day post-op
I had my 1st check up on Monday everything looked good I still got my best friends ( my drains)???????? but rather they stay in so I stay healthy. I had my massage after my dr. appt. and honestly it didn't really hurt as I've read. I got on my last hook on the 2nd day post op. I actually met a lot of women from the states getting there fabulous on????.
Flat side
Hello ladies well I made to the flat side ?????? I was so out of it after surgery my doctor came to see me three times he says but I was gone.... I thought the pain would be worse but it's bearable the worse part was my first time standing up.
