It's been a while since I've posted. I've been getting back to normal life. Well, recovery is not easy at all. The itching in my back drives me crazy. The burning drives me crazy too. I started back working out this week and realized that I needed it because even though I've lost 33 lbs , I'm still out of shape. I hate my garment and haven't worn it in 2 weeks. I can say that everyday is better than the previous. Even though recovery sucks, I can saw it was all worth it. I love my results......

Hello ladies. I am loving my results so far. I've also lost weight without trying, I guess it's the swelling going down. I'm in a stage 2 Salome. I've been in this for 4 days now and I can say it really does mold me. I wear an ab board in it also so I feel like a stuffed sausage. I swell so bad at night and my garment hurts so bad when I wake up in the morning. My hips and butt cont to grow.....I ordered some bikinis online from Asos and I love them. I need a breast reduction and Asos has larger breast bikini tops. (Google is great lol ). Dr. Almonte was amazing. I wanted to get my breast done when I had surgery but she said that would be to much but I could get less lipo and not have my back done. I chose all those back rolls to be gone, lol...My back is still sore and my belly feels very tight. I can't wait until this swelling goes down. Overall, I wouldn't change a thing......
