As long as you are in his clinic, dr Edgar contreras will be nice with you. He doesn't talk a lot so it's hard to make sure that he perfectly understand what kind of result you expect. He keeps asking you what you want without tell you what he really thinks and what is really possible to do. About my rhinoplasty, if Edgar Contreras did he doesn't have the and he is not willing or capable to give you the result you expect. I don't think he has the skills. If it's not him but his assistant who performed my surgery, that's mean Dr Edgar Contreras will left you between inexperienced hands without shame. It's like playing lottery... you don't know who will perform. When I realized something was wrong with my rhinoplasty he kept saying to wait to not be worry. When I told him that I've seen a specialist and now I know what he did to my nose, he didn't apologize, he wasn't even surprised and he just say he will fix my nose. Of course when I just look the scars around my nose I wondered how he could fix my nasal valve collapse. So I asked him how he fix nasal valve collapse and he never answered me. "with grafts" would have been the perfect replys for me but he never said it. So I took the decision to not have my revision with him. Overall rating : one star : poor results (bad rhinoplasty job, poor bbl result, breast rippling...) Bedside manner : two stars : he will come to see you in your room spend two minutes with you but it's like this in every clinic in santo domingo Answered my questions : one star : as I said he doesn't talk a lot and when you have problem he talks even less Aftercare and follow-up : one star : Sutures are very badly done. I had pus in my breast. I took care of it by myself. Time spent with me : one star Phone or email responsiveness : one star : when it comes to book your surgery, Edgar Contreras will reply fast. If you have problem reply will be way slower or he won't reply. Staff professionalism and courtesy : three stars : his staff is nice, maybe one or two racist nurse. Payment process : three stars : I had to pay more than the price he gave me by mail when I was in the clinic. Wait times : one star : You will have to wait a lot but it's like this in every clinic in santo domingo.
