Wishing To Chat With Those Like Me-5'4, 197lbs And A Lot Of Tummy :( - Dominican Republic

UPDATED FROM Sin_NY

I Need MORE!! Sometimes A BBL & Fat Transfer Doesn't Do The Trick (Unfortunately)

$5,391
So, it's 2020 and I've done weight-loss surgery, went out to Dominican Republic and did my body with Dr. Yily (which included a BBL & Fat Transfer), then realized that I needed a round 2 and did that as well **Shout out to Dr. Kagan in Miami!! Yesss!!**... But for some reason it's still not enough and I now understand why.. Fat just moves around.. Cells move around.. They deposit and spread out over time.. With implants, they keep form & shape (I regret not looking into this sooner, however, EVERYTHING happens for a reason).. Of course I enjoy the prices of BBL's vs. Butt Implants, but at the end of the day, for what I will keep spending for separate rounds of BBL's, I might as well just invest in something that will last me a lot longer that I know I need for my body-type.. **Dr. Cortes, is definitely the doctor that I am shifting towards (I'm EXTREMELY in love with his work) I hope to be a patient of his sometime in the near future (hopefully in about a year or so).** If any of you gorgeous Goddesses have any comments or feedback on this procedure, doctor, or best places where to stay out there in Texas please let me know!

Thanks and Blessings!!

Xxoo..

First off, I have to begin by saying I began stalking RealSelf almost 4 years ago when I met a young lady that looked absolutely AMAZING! We began chatting and she shared with me that she had gone to the Dominican Republic to have surgery. She also told me about RealSelf and how the work of doctors from all over the world could be viewed along with actual patient(s) testimonials and quotes however, she did mention that her surgeon was no other than the lovely and "infamous" Dr. Yily De Los Santos! So, never experiencing plastic surgery and seeing that young lady's results already had me at a bias and searching the RS site for Dr. Yily's other patients (to see their results). After such a long time of contemplating and saving money, I finally decided that I not only wanted to take the plastic surgery journey but that I deserved it because weighing my heaviest in the past at 265lbs and only 5'4, to then having gastric sleeve surgery in 2016 and losing over 80lbs, left my skin extremely loose and baggy. That's definitely NOT what I want especially at the age of 31. Once I knew for sure that I was serious about my decision, I contacted Dr. Yily's office, sent in my pictures, and awaited my quote. Her team responded to me quickly and were very nice and professional. They provided me with my quote and I remained in contact with her staff to ask questions, send over documents, etc. Planning my trip was very exciting because I usually had those thoughts and feelings of "OMG, is this really happening? Am I really traveling out so far to do this procedure? And can I look like most of these "Yily Dolls" I see in the pictures?" Once my time had come and everything was packed up, I was ready to go and there was no turning back! The anticipation of meeting Dr. Yily had me nervous, kind of like meeting a celebrity... As soon as she saw me she smiled and was very welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and began talking to me about what I had wanted done in terms of surgery. Call me crazy but after our consultation meeting I felt great, safe, and absolutely sure that Dr. Yily had everything under control and would provide what I had asked of her. The following day I was driven to Clinica Monumental (which was very clean and modernized) and waited until she was ready to operate on me. I was told she had about five patients that day so I do not remember which number I was but I do know that I was most likely one of her more difficult patients as I needed so much work to be done. The surgeries Dr. Yily performed on me were: a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo of the full back and fat transfer to the flanks/hips and BBL, and a breasts lift with implants. Yesterday, May 1, 2018 , marked my two month anniversary and I feel and look great! It was definitely a wise choice on my behalf and I'm glad I chose Dr. Yily because of her expertise in the field of plastic surgery. If I ever choose to go for a Round 2, I am definitely returning to Dr. Yily no questions asked! Ladies, the only thing I will say is try to be understanding that this doctor is extremely popular and with that comes a long list of women that want to be seen by the best as well. So, when waiting for a follow-up appointment just remain calm and remember it takes time to see everyone. As one of Dr. Yily's patients, herself and team will make time for you respectively meaning you will be seen! Also, for patients in or around the New York City area, Dr. Yily works with another doctor in NYC that is AMAZING, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I could not have asked for a better team and I am super grateful to these ladies. I hope *Your* experience is smooth as well... Goodluck!

Hey Real Self Lovely's, I joined RS after meeting...

Hey Real Self Lovely's,

I joined RS after meeting an awesome young lady one day that had some work done by Dr. Yily De Los Santos in D.R. To me this young woman looked AMAZING and I told myself one day that'll be me. This was about 2 years ago and I'm still trying to figure things out. I must say, so many women on this site look stunning after their procedures but what scares me is the fact that I have lost a great deal of weight on my own (my highest was 260, today I weigh 197) and recently did the Gastric Sleeve (to fix the inner me first) so because of the added weight loss, my stomach is pretty loose and hangs (I probably have about 10 pounds of stomach). I have yet to see results from women whose bodies resemble mine. I want those same stunning results such as what I see on this site. I want to know that when I take that chance, venture out, and lay on the operating table that I will wake up with a perfectly flat "snatched" stomach and I'll have that Asa booty! (She's from Shahs Of Sunset ya'll) Lol :D

In terms of Dr's, I'm still researching and looking into options although I am leaning towards D.R. and Dr's Yily and Hector Cabral because I've seen so much of their work and I find a great majority of their stuff to be what I want. On the other hand, I have also read and heard some of the negative things as well and sometimes feel conflicted. Any ladies that can share some of their experiences with me would be highly appreciated! I look forward to reading from *You* :)

Thank you for sharing your journey with this community. I hope you find everything you need here to feel ready and prepared for surgery.

Hellooooo....Im glad you made it. I am working on it. I am 5'1 currently 200lbs I have about 16-20 lbs to loose my highest 228lbs. I have been looking at Yily because I want the BL, TT, bbl all inclusive incentives, but I also I like Fatima Almonte who will not do all 3 at one time. I like both of their work and there is just a little price difference. The process is long and the weightloss is tough. Thank you for sharing.
I'm planning on going next summer after my 43 birthday in.April 2019 I love to hear real life stories I email them already they reply back in 48 hours which was awesome. I'm actually in Atlanta GA but I'm from Miami, Florida I'm excited and I'm glad you made your mind up and had your surgery. It's good to read reviews so others can get an truthful idea on the Dr, the staff etc...
Omg.. I'm so sorry I have never seen this post 'til now.. Thank you for posting! Girl, do I have a story to tell, however, everyone's journey is different (especially when it comes to surgeries and body structures... Even the healing process)... Since having plastic surgery already, two times, I have learned to slow down even more and be even more thorough within my searching and what it is that I'm truly looking for.. Once you're on that operating table, that's it, your life is pretty much on the line (literally).... I will send you another message, as I hope you found the best doctor for yourself and you are happy and safe! Thanks again mama!
