Wife, Mom, RN...time to Do Something for Me.

Had a medical emergency in my family that wasn't fully covered under our insurance so I used a big chunk of my MMO surgery money to pay the bill so I had to email Dr. Leon and postpone my TT, lipo, BBL and BL until next summer. I'm really bummed but it's the only time I can go because of kids and school. I'm still going in March 2018 but I've decided to have him do my face and eye procedures at that time and wait to do the body procedures until a few months after that. I could tap into savings but I don't want to do that. I still want to retire before I'm 45 and I can only do that if I leave our investments alone. I also refuse to get a loan, I pay cash for everything...even our home and vehicles, lol. If I don't have the cash then I don't need it. Having that motto has served me well for 41 years and because I didn't take out a mortgage or car loans, we have saved thousands of dollars over the years. Anyway, I figure that waiting another year for the body procedures will give me more time to get to my ideal goal weight, tone up and give my skin some time to retract...decreasing my scarring and hopefully making me more happy with my final results. This whole process has been a huge roller coaster already and although I'm ready for my turn, I'm willing to wait for what I really want. I can be patient if needed. The good news is that I won't have to worry about buying any supplies because I already have them all. LOL

I have scheduled my TT, BBL and BL for August 1st & am keeping my March 6, 2018 date as well for round 2. I have everything I need except I'm waiting on the gift I got for Georgina to arrive. Dr. Leon's arrived today. I'll tip everyone else, except the masseuse, I got her a small gift but will give her a tip on top of the gift. I won't have to check any bags because I bought vacuum bags and sucked the air out of the boppy pillow cuz that sucker takes up my whole suitcase otherwise. I'm super excited, counting the days...which are dragging by as slowly as they possibly can. I'll add body shots but want to wait until the week before surgery for accuracy since I'm still losing and toning.

round 2: facelift, necklift and bilateral blepharoplasty $7040...it'll cost me the same as round one for a total body makeover of $14080 in two trips plus RT airfare and spending money. $14k is an amazing deal for everything I am having done and by such a wonderful, compassionate surgeon.
Dr. Leon called me today, and like I said earlier, today is Independence Day in DR so he didn't have to do that. He is so dedicated and passionate. I love his work and cannot wait for my turn! Hurry up August!!!!!
