Hey ladies,
Have been on this site for a while, reading and getting as much info as I can.
Am finally going with Dr. Duran and have appointment booked for Jan 23rd although am hoping for an earlier date.
Have started taking my folic acid, iron and multivitamins.
I will update you as I make this very important journey towards a better me.

So I have a Jan date booked but I am desperately looking for a date in December.
Been on wait list with SurgiCoordinator so if anyone cancels any date in December I can take their slot....

Not at all.... Am now tired of calling SurgiCoordinator daily with no response and have now decided to stick with my Jan date. Time does fly by quickly and it will soon be Jan. Faithfully taking my multivitamins and iron

Is anyone else getting sick from the vitamins? I will be seeing my doctor next week but as of now I'm not taking anything.

I was feeling sick initially with all the pills I was taking but a close friend who had her Surgery in Jan this year advised me to take Astyfer one in the morning and one at night which is just 2 pills daily. I added the Vit C 1000 and feel a lot better taking the pills

Hey doll, you should just call directly to the Office of Duran check my review. I booked a few days ago and i'm having surgery within a month. They can see if there are any cancellations etc. And possibilities once you secure ur date over the phone you get an email with confirmation.

Hey my realself sister's,
It's been an interesting journey so far.... and after trying for months to change my dates from Jan to Dec with no luck, have now booked my flight and ready for the January makeover with Dr Duran.
I will be flying from JFK Airport to SDQ.
Also started taking my iron med regularly and Vit C
I had my hemoglobin checked last week and I was at 11.5, so am working to get it up to 14 because I hear that Duran will not operate when it's below 13.
Looking at my pics below makes me know that this journey is a must!
Anyone else having surgery between Jan 24 -27th?

Am thinking of Paradise Recovery house. I have sent my dates to SurgiCoordinator and now waiting for confirmation so I can pay for my accomodation.

With Dr Duran ... you can look up the house and use what's app to call the house directly to set it up .... instead of useing surgi Coordinator

Hey Liz 61388, thanks for your advise on calling the recovery house myself. I may now going for a new recovery house called Body recuperation spa. The reviews about the on site messauese is great, also they provide most of the supplies other RH ask people to bring. It's like a Spa setting too. Have requested a quote and waiting for their feedback.
