It's been almost 4 mos now and I'm back working out at my normal pass. I still have some swelling when I don't apply compression and I still feel pain from the lipo but it's a lot better. I have a plan to go for round 2 in July 2018 this will be my last round I'm going for a Breast Lift and aggressive lipo in my back sides and stomach and inner thighs and if I lose my booty Ima get a mini bbl but for now I'm good. I just want no back Side arms or stomach fat at all. I'm doing workouts to lose in these areas and come July 2018 hopefully I have a change in what I feel I need. But I so happy with my results I feel so much better about myself and I look amazing in everything I wear. My husband has gotten a little insecure and it's causing problems. Nothing that we can't handle but it's still aggravating.

It's been some time and some ups and downs!!!! I wish I would have been updating y'all week by week because I got so much to talk about so ima break this up. This is how I'm doing and what I actually got done.

So when we landed my driver Christine was there he took us to Armonia and Dr. Mallol was on the Phone y'all it was Midnight and this man was awake waiting for me to land so he can tell me he was moving my surgery to today! I like wait I came two days early so I can get my mind right and have a little fun he like "NO" Christine will come pick you up at 5am eat nothing and shower in your Hibiclens. My husband got to fussing he was worried and wondering why is he rushing, y'all I couldn't sleep I didn't have an appetite either. 4:30am came around and this young lady name Kris knocked on the door told me it's time to get ready and go I jumped in the shower Christine was outside we left and arrived at the clinic and it was nice. I met a few different ladies two were there for my Dr. as well one was having surgery today and the other tomorrow. I was there all damn day I didn't go into surgery until 6pm shockingly Dr. Mallol didn't look over worked tired or anything I don't like being the last but he said that's when he does his best work.

Ok so I originally wanted a mommy makeover which included tummy tuck, BBL fat transfer, Breast lift, full back lips and was going to inquire about a arm lift it it wasn't too much at once. When I contacted Dr Mallol my weight was 237lbs I had already lost 30lbs and I had a goal to lose another 53lbs to make my goal I was 10lbs OFF my goal :( but I still did good from the beginning of my journey weight being 267lbs the heaviest I have EVER been! To 195lbs in 6 months I did that!!! But my journey hasn't ended my goal is 150lbs, my high school weight was 138lbs not trying to get back there so 150lbs is good.

Dr. Mallol told me no he will not do what I asked for lol it's too much for me and I didn't need some of what I was asking for but told me to do a second round for what I do need. So I got a full Tummy Tuck, full back lipo ( but not aggressive he refused!), light arm lipo and light inner thigh lipo at the very top near my vagina. He told me NO to a breast lift, arm lift and aggressive lipo because it's was too much for me to get at once and I was FINE with that. I have 5 children and I needed to return to them so if this Doctor said NO to me then it's no to ME I wanted it yes but not at the cost of my life I wanted my life more. So I was not going to search for someone that would tell me yes. There was a woman that did just that I don't know what her outcome was but I told her I think she needed to listen but she was determined and she had LUPUS! SMH! I hope she is okay I didn't see her anymore but that's another story.

Ok I went into surgery really late but not because he had a lot of patients but he wanted to make sure I was good and healthy with me having past preeclampsia, thyroid cancer, high blood pressure and having hypothyroidism. I have a rare blood type and that added to it so he said he wanted to do surgery in the Large Clinic (hospital). I did all my testing but he required that I get a heart X-ray which costed me another $100 but that's was fine I was happy he was making sure I was good.

Now surgery first I didn't like the look of this hospital but I held my tongue it was NOT kept like what I'm use to here in Chicago IL (Rush Hospital) but I dealt with it I seen a roach and was almost done. So I get in the operating room I did not get a blue pill like everyone be talking about I got a epidural I was laying there they washed me up right there. Ok I'm clean and numb but awake this big guy picks like a baby doll turns me over on my stomach they lay my arms out Dr Mallol comes in starts talking to me I'm talking back waiting to go to sleep then he say " your gonna feel just a little pain" I'm like "What?" Next think I know he sticks the sharp long tool in my elbow up my arm and it hurt like hell I wasn't screaming but I wasn't silent it hurt! Then I realized he started lipo on my back I could feel the pressure of the stabbing and he was talking to me to keep me calm telling me it's a little lipo and he has to get started but keeping me calm didn't work I started freaking out and I think that's when he told the anesthesiologist to knock me out and that's all I remember.
