Out my diet and 4 months to go trying to lose 10 pound a month or more my job is out doors and I walk a lot.

Good luck on your journey! When I was 225 I did hcg and now I'm 157.6 :). I hate what it did to my body but oh well meaning all the loose skin.... But it did the job now I just work out. Hoping to schedule my surgery December if not April 2017.

Slim 1 pills do work ladies u will loose yr appetite and dam near forget to eat if u busy. I don't sell them nor remember the seller I got off eBay 3 for 19.99 or 2 for 19.99 cheap right I seen them for 120$ online. I turnt my sister on to them but she did not do any toning exercises smh also my mom but she over rode the pills meaning she ate when she wasnt even hungry she just ate because. with these pills u can eat regular so that's perfect for people having surgery I learnt about on Black hair forum. Look it up I think the people who it didn't work on probably did what moms did. Hope this helps somebody oh yeah my sis lost 50lbs in 3months
