Hello, I am 5'5 & about 225 lbs. I started gaining weight from stress when I was about 17 and it just became harder for me to maintain after I had my son at 20. Between working a full time job, going to school full time, running a household, and raising a 3 year old, I simply don't have the time to commit to losing the weight the way I need to, I do however have the time to MAINTAIN a healthier good looking body. I just want to look like a normal 23 yr old and feel better about myself.
