22 Years Old with Two Amazing Little Boys Determined to Get my Dream Body - Dominican Republic, DO

I've been starting to realize that I actually have a decent amount of butt on me. My problem is mostly too much fat in my flanks and thighs, it ruins my shape. I hope I'm a good candidate for a bbl and I'm just dying to see how everything turns out. I currently have somewhere between a heart and square shaped booty and would like my booty to end up somewhere between a heart and round booty, a fuller heart shaped butt with more projection.

Curious if anyone else loves diy projects as much as I do? Getting a mommy makeover and bbl at once will obviously make positioning during recovery more difficult so I've come up with a plan to buy the chair pictured, cut out a hole where my but will be, buy a foam mattress cover, cut it to fit the chair and hole, add extra layers of foam to support my thighs and back, and cut and sew fabric to fit my diy recovery bed, and wallah a way to sleep and occasionally sit without pressure on my new booty, stretching my tummy too much, or squishing my boobs. What do you think? Any one else have any thoughts or ideas on how to make recovery easier?

I'm a young mom of two who has never been happy with my body, now that I'm done having biological children I'm going to try to come as close as possible to my dream bod. I'm 5'5", I've lost 30lbs since my second child was born 6 months ago, putting me at 160 and I am aiming to lose 15-25 more before my surgeries hopefully this coming December.

My plan is to get breast augmentation, I'm currently a small c but I have a wide chest so they look pretty small and frankly I just love big boobs, I'm thinking about 600-700cc and saline. Along with a tummy tuck, before babies I was very pear shaped but now I have some fat and loose skin that just will not go away and it just makes me look bigger all over, a tummy tuck will also get rid of the majority of my stretch marks so that's a huge bonus. I'm also very interested in a Brazilian butt lift, I have a decent amount of fat back there butt would love to have a much better shape and more projection plus the lipo especially in my lower back and flanks will help give me a much more defined and curvy look. I know the max Drs will remove during lipo is 5 liters, is that also true in the Dominican Republic? And does that rule also apply when harvesting fat for a Brazilian butt lift? Obviously I want as much fat taken from my problem areas as possible but on top of that based on pictures I've seen of women about my size and body type, i think I'll need at least 1000cc put into each cheek to achieve my ideal results but and I would like her to put quite a bit more to make sure enough survives but I know that's a lot of fat that has to be taken out.

I think im going to go with Dra Medina in the Dominican Republic, I really love her results and after looking her up extensively I feel very safe with her. If anyone has experiences with her and you could share I would really appreciate it. If you went to the DR for your PS and could tell me how many days you stayed there total and after your surgery that would be awesome, also when did she want to see you after your surgery? Did she want to see you at all the day before the scheduled surgery? Does she talk with you the day of and make sure it's clear exactly what you want? How long were you required to stay in the DR after the surgery? I know 2 weeks is recommended but that's not possible for everyone.
