I've been stalking this site for way too long! I finally got the courage to email Dr. Yily for a quote. This is what I was $3600 quoted for:
* Fat grafting to buttocks( I didn't request since I already have a huge bottom...I was looking to have the fat placed in my breast, but im waiting to hear back from her about this.)
* Liposuction of abdomen, armpit, back, flanks, waist, arms, and thighs.
I'm not sure if I really want to go with the implant option. I'm hoping to have my sirgery on August 29th so that I can get back to work before Labor Day.

Did the doctor tell you that she could not do the fat transfer to breast? I just got my upper and lower abdomen done on 8/19, and I'm ready for a breast fat transfer like now lol...keep us posted!

She is against natural breast enhancement because of breast cancer risk. I read an article that said the breast will grow naturally because the fat ha to go somewhere after lipo to other areas.

Yes, my doctor told me about the high risk factors as well, and he only does implants for the breast. I have a family history of breast cancer so I must be careful either way. And the physicians assistant told me that after years of lipo and a tummy tuck she never added weight to the mid section. When she gained weight it went to her breast and butt. I don't want to gain weight to try, but it sounds pretty amazing lol

Surgery Confirmed for September 30th
My surgery has been confirmed for 9/30 with Dr. Yily. Anyone else going on at this time? I'm rushing to get everything and health together.

I am having lipo (in Sacramento) of the upper and lowers abs and hips on Sept. 23rd.
