Lipo with Duran! - Dominican Republic

So on my way home from work this evening I tuned in on the Spanish radio station, and they were talking about a woman who died from liposuction complications in the Dominican Republic. Her surgeon was Dr. Duran.

Everyone has been telling me not to go through with this procedure long before hearing about this sad news and so now I am reconsidering plastic surgery. I am thinking of hiring a personal trainer and going to natural route, and have a professional guide me to a life without my rolls.

To the rest who wish to proceed with their surgeries, be safe, and be mindful of your medical history.

I am 21 years old and have always been over weight. I would like to get lipo surgery as to correct problem areas that I have trouble reducing when exercising.

I emailed Duran this morning and she responded to my e-mail within the hour. The reason why I would like to move forward with Duran is because she cares about her patients health and well-being. This is important in my decision making.

I did e-mail Yily De Los Santos and her response was informative but very impersonal. She did not ask for weight, height or medical problems. Quick response just not the response I was looking for.

As suggested by Duran, I have to lose a few pounds before I have my surgery. I will be updating this review with detailed information, experiences, and photos.
