Hi dolls I needed to make a change for this year and I decided to make that happened in March. I made a review last year in 2016 but I had to cancel that date. If anyone wanted to read that review it's under Diaz/2016. Shares my journey thus far. I attached some photos that I took yesterday.
I may add I am getting liposuction full body and ready lift with implants. No bbl and no tummy tuck.
The cost for lipo is 3200$ cost for lipo / B.A and Breastlift is 5400$ .

I know some people have surgery and don't know what will happen to their bodies if they have a baby or some weight gain. I have luckily only experienced some cellulite. I have been using some creams to help with the appearance of my skin. To help keep it firm and help with the keeping the elasticity tight. I'm trying to prep my skin for when I get my liposuction that it will retract and keep it tight on my hips, thighs and booty.

Food for today
Started my better eating plan today so far Its good . Downloaded a app to help with my recipes ,shopping list and workout plans . It's easier when the items u need for success are in front of u. At least for me this is the case. I hope everyone is having a good day !
