BMI Issues

Hey Dolls and future Doll's! I'm just stopping by to do an update! I'm 3 weeks out from surgery and my body fat is fluctuating like crazy. Im starting to get discouraged finding out that my BMI has to be 34% or lower!! I thought it was 35 so I've been dieting and stressing over calories in vs out and weighed myself today and was up 4lbs from what I lost! I'm currently 28 yo, 5'9 and 240 lbs! I carry my weight very well and it doesn't look like I weigh that much but I do and I'm having the hardest time getting these 10-15 lbs off! I don't want to reschedule!! :( or be sent home! I'm drinking almost a gallon of water a day and drinking Herbalife shakes 2xs a day taking the vitamins as directed and eating a light lunch with no breads, pastas, sweets or fried foods!! Im so disappointed!! I'm going to continue to pray and try to stay focused and hopefully I will get my Dominican body as planned!! I'll update later on this week! Keep me in your prayers

great job on staying focused to lose the weight! YOU CAN DO IT DOLL!!! it will all be worth it! maybe see about taking phentermine a lady i work with took it for 3 weeks and was done 15 pounds. i tried herbalife last summer and it surprisingly did not work for me i gained so much weight from it! try taking long walks and stop eating after a certain time see if that helps. you will be in my prayers.
I would add one drag lime to your water and that will help you. I lost 10 pounds adding lime to my water in less than a week.
The struggle uggh I know how u feel. Stay determined cant wait 2 see how ur hard work will pay off doll!

One month away from becoming a Duran Doll

Lord have mercy on me! I'm extremely nervous and excited! Tomorrow I will be one month away from a new body and a new beginning! I have a RS buddy whose also going the same day as me so that makes me a little more at ease s/o to curvylova!!!! I've already set up the Recovery house (Armonia) and purchased all the things I'll need per my Duran vets here and on IG! I starred to have second thoughts yesterday but I think it's all nerves lol because I then realized I have one month. I did come into a small issue that I want to warn everyone about DURAN BMI IS 34 !! Must be at or below a 34 bmi or she will refuse you so with that being said I have 7 more lbs to loose this month and I'm kinda reaching for 15 just to make sure im comfortable! I'm currently 237 at 5'9! I'll be posting pics when I get closer to my date for all u ladies and even my wish pics lol

Supply Shopping!

So yesterday I went and purchased a few things needed for my trip to DR. I've seen so many list of things needed and not needed I kind of just pulled some important things together. Since my best friend and I are nurses she got me some syringes, alcohol pads and Ted hose. I purchased my iron pills, Vit C pills, overnight pads (80), b12 extra strength, floppy pillow & blanket. I'll be picking up a few more items closer to the date but I want to start my vitamins this week so it was a must I get them! Ok dolla ttyl
