Soooo I took my Hemo March 25th it was at 13.2 .. I got My period las week and I check my Hemo 4 days after I got it and today it came back 12.3 -- R U KIDDING me ?!
Im going to start drinking Beet, Pineapple, carrot juice over this weekend
can anyone give me any additional suggestions I can start taking ?

Hi Im NurseHenny .. Im scheduled for surgery in 22...
Hi Im NurseHenny .. Im scheduled for surgery in 22 days with the King himself CABRAL ! This is my very 1st surgery for aythinggggg. Ive been stalking cabral for 2yrs and been on RS for 3/4 months ... I Know imam creep lol ! Im soo nervous and excited. So a bit about me im in the medical field I am a nurse, Ive been over weight my whole life I have no kids. I used to be 317 lbs 2 1/2 years ago. With a lot of work, changes in my eating I managed to loose weight n my own, NOW I finally feel I did some part and I want to hand the rest to professional hands. Im pretty tall im 5'10 currently as of this morning im 240 lbs - so I just passed the 35 BMI requirement.

Now I now all about the Kings pass but I feel like he has the experience and aggression to give me the results I dream off ! Being that I am a nurse, I have came across over 5 patients that have gone to Cabral and look awesome! Women of all ages 20s,30s and a month ago a 60 y/o !! I was shocked that her body maintained and she looked like she had the body of a 40 yr old ( and her TT scar non-existent !) As part of my job in the OR I have to ask past surgical history thus making me NOT shy to ask of previous work and who is responsible for the master piece lol ! Meeting other women in the flesh plus reading these real reviews makes me less scared and nervous (but the closer it get I still get nervous lol !)
Lets talk the gear up to the surgery .. I take 8 pills a day !! I hate taking pills it takes me 10 mins to get them down. I checked my Hemo 2 wks ago its at 13.2 !! Im aiming for 14-16 before I reach DR. Heres what im taking daily (sometimes I forget on the wkends when im at my BFs house smh!) :
(2) Mega Blood Builders
(2) Geritol
(1) Vitamin C
(1) B-Complex
(2) Herbal Lax * Iron intake is slowing me down in the bathroom !
I hit the gym 5 days a week -- will be adding Saturdays this wkend until I leave.
Ill be uploading before and after pics soon.. decided to make a review im bored at work and love reading you guys journey so I hope mines is helpful also !
