Is Almonte still in business???
Ok so it's been a month since my last request was sent to Dr. Almonte and still no Leslie. Is she still doing surgeries or is she just in that high of a demand? Either way, I guess I'll take this as a sign that my time and hard earned cash is better spent elsewhere. Darn shame too because I really love her work.
The Price Is Right!
So Dras. Medina and Baez have both responded with quotes and the cost difference was surprising. While Dra. Baez may have the better price (saving >$2,000), I really like Dra. Medina's bedside manner so far - she even starts her emails with "My dear..." Lol.

The Search Continues...
Shortly after finding out that the last Dr. not only was not certified or recognized by any Board of Plastic Surgeons, I continued my search abroad and was joyously relieved by Dra. Medina's fast response and thorough analysis. The only thing is she shot straight to a TT and I'd really like to avoid that if at all possible. The doc before her viewed the same pics and stated that my abdomen skin appeared firm enough to forgo a TT and would respond quite well to just Lipo. I've responded to Dra. Medina asked if this was possible and am awaiting her response now. Stay tuned.
