Loved the Result and Loved the Dr! - Dominican Republic, DO

I've always been flatchested, and since I finished school this was a MUST DO on my list every year. I did a lot of research all around the internet (and locally here in Cambridge). US doctors are extremely pricy I remembered my aunt had a facelift with a surgeon in the Dominican Republic this summer (BTW she looks amazing!). After I see a lot of pros and cons I decided to go to Dr. Fernandez Goico because at least I knew my aunt's experience and she had already told his practice and staff is extremely neat (and thank GOD all english spoken).
So I wrote him and his assistant answered right away. After a couple of emails explaining me every detail about the surgery, the implants he uses, etc. I decided my head and took a trip to the DR (me and my best friend).
They offer transportation but we had already rented a car, and something I loved is that they have a special fair with Hollyday Inn hotel in the middle of the city (we did stay there and trust me is the best hollyday inn I've seen so far - very classy!).
I saw Dr. FG on Wednesday (week before the surgery) and he treated us so well. His office looks like you'd have to pay a kidney for the surgery, it's just beautiful (but he's not pricy, don't worry). He did all of his measuring and I'm glad he did cause he put exactly the size I wanted.
My surgery was marked for Monday the 7th but (and this was my bad) my labs were missing something, so I had the get a blood sample on monday and (everything was fine) got operated on Tuesday. This actually made me feel even better cause I can see his staff is on top of things and checking if I'm in perfect conditions to have this surgery.
He used 280 cc with medium project implants, which just look great. I have a very athletic body and I like running and doing sports, so I don't want any huge breasts that will torment my life in the future.
After he surgery he saw me 4 times to make sure everything went well (I stayed for 2 weeks after the surgery). He used degradable sutures, so there I didn't have to do anything here at home, and I felt basically no pain.
Only bad thing (a necessary evil!) is a very big special bra he makes you use for 24 hrs at least the first month after surgery, but you get used to it. Also, he's not pricy (very cheap compared to here in the US) but is not a veeeery cheap doctor (I found some that charge $2000!! ). Anyways, I think when it comes to health the lowest extreme is not a good choice, but that's just me.
My friend got a lip enhancement with Juvederm also, and looks great, but that's her case.
The experience overall was A+, 10/10 (or 11), excellent!

Was the $4500 all-inclusive, with air fare, hotel, and transportation (even though I know you had your own car)? Do they take care of all the bookings for you? Are you fully healed at this point?
Thanks again!
