Below is what I was quoted from Dr. Yily's office:
Liposuction of abdomen, back, armpits side and waist.
Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) across, fat grafting to the buttocks and hips (optional)
Breast Augmentation with Implants
10 days in a Recovery House (triple room)
For a total of--$5,200 USD ($6,879 CAD).
**Also included in this quote is one compression garment, pre-operative blood work, EKG test performed by resident cardiologist, clinic and surgery fees, ground transportation, every meal and snack provided at the recovery house, nurses available to assist 24/7.
Then there is a section called "Additional Costs":
Medical Insurance --mandatory purchase - $150 USD
Overnight Caregiver for night of surgery (only if you are travelling alone)- $50 USD
Compression Socks- $20 USD
Medication - $250 USD
Blood Transfusion-$250 USD ***however, if you do not require a blood transfusion this amount will be returned to you.
Then "Optional Costs":
Lymphatic massages - $25-30 each session (recommend 10)-- I don't think this is really an optional cost however because from what I've read these massages are a MUST after BBL --$250-300 USD
Additional Garment-$160 USD (not sure if most people require an additional garment? I'm hoping we only need one.
Compression Sleeves for arms- $60. I read that many people did not require these, only if you are having lipo done on your arms?
Stress Test--$120 USD this test is only required for patients who present certain health conditions (hoping I don't need this).
Evaluation by Pulmonologist- $100 USD, this test is only require for asthmatics, smokers and lungs or bronchial conditions. (Have nearly quit smoking so I'm hoping I don't need this test either) down to about 5 cigs per week.
Evaluation by Hematologist- $50-65 USD, this test is only required for patients with a medical condition of the blood. **Also note it states that if you end up to be a patient with a hemoglobin below 12, the surgery cannot be performed.
So when I added up all the costs that will be mandatory for me: Surgery & RH, Medical Insurance, Overnight Nurse and massage= $6000 (minus $300 deposit, already sent)= $5,700 USD ($7,545 CAD)
Possible/ Refundable Costs for me: Blood transfusion, Compression Socks, Additional Garment, Compression Sleeves, Stress Test, Pulmonologist, Hematologist= $775 USD ($1,025 CAD).
I will be trying to get my medication prescribed to me in Canada before leaving for two reasons: 1) It will save me $250 USD and 2) from what I've read from other's experiences the drugs they provide in DR are not as strong as those prescribed in US/CAN. I may also try to buy the compression socks and sleeves here however from what I've found so far they are about the same price as what is offered by Yily.
Finally, the flights I booked cost a total of $869 USD ($1,150 CAD).
So the quote posted at the top is an estimate as I'm not entirely sure how many of the additional costs will apply to me, however if I don't need any of the additional costs (and get the blood transfusion cost returned to me) the total cost will be - $6565 USD ($8,695 CAD).
**However, there are also other costs to consider as well such as buying supplies for the trip (maxi dresses, pads etc.), books to read, snacks and I am thinking of purchasing a booty buddy --suggestions welcome for best kind :) I have read that most people get them, due to possible fat loss in buttocks after surgery however, Yily's view seems to be that you will not lose fat after surgery even if you sit (from what I've read ). Any Yily dolls that have had BBL, would be interested to hear your opinions on this and what your results were post op,

I am a 29 year old travelling from Canada to the DR for lipo, BBL and BA. I'm 5"5 and 134 pounds. I am very excited (and also nervous) as I will be travelling alone. I have never had a surgery before and am curious to hear other people's experiences and results, specifically from Dr. Yily De Los Santos. I have been reviewing her pages (IG, realself experiences and website) and love love the results many have gotten from her performing BBL! I am a little hesitant about BA though. I have read many mixed reviews on the results of her performing breast augmentation. Another concern is that I have not seen any BA's performed where the incision site was not through the nipple- which to me, seems like there would be more of a visible scar than going underneath the breast...
I have booked my flights and am currently waiting to hear back from Dr. Yily's office on which Recovery House I will be staying in. I leave on September 3 (sx is on Sept 5) and will be travelling back on Sept 13...I am really NOT looking forward to the long flights (nearly 20 hours from the time I leave DR to getting back to Alberta, CAN). Any tips for getting through a long flight after surgery would also be MUCH appreciated,

My sx is on September 5th (arrive a day prior for bloodwork etc.) then I'm leaving on the 13th :) Still waiting to hear back from Vicky on the RH I'll be staying at, I requested Serenity. What day is your sx? Do you know where you will be staying yet?
September 19th sx is scheduled for the 20th.

Yes I'll def put some pre and post op pics up :) It's going to be a long flight from Canada (mine is around 20 hours from departing to arriving so I'm not looking forward to that part but think it will be worth it to go there!) I'm meeting with my doctor this week to see if I can get all the prescriptions filled before I go, so I'm hoping they will do that here.
my friends had breast augmentations done and the incisions were under the armpits.
Oh awesome! I'm kind of hoping to do it that way, I just don't want a scar on my nipple (or to lose sensitivity), does she have an Sx page? I wasn't able to find many BA pics for Dr. Yily's work.
my friends and sister went to Dr Carmen ( I might be spelling his name wrong) in Toronto for their BA. I haven't seen any BA pics for Dr Yily.
is the price you have up for $9544 for both the BBL and BA!?!? thats a really good price!!! how much did she quote the BBL alone?

They just got back to me this morning saying they booked me in at Luxury RH....I requested Serenity as well (but in a separate email) so I'm wondering if they missed it. I haven't heard very good things about Luxury so I'm wondering if I can switch. Did you book Serenity through Yily's office or on your own?
No im still researching. I'm thinking of taking my mother in law with me for the first 2-3 days. Where ru looking to stay. Maybe we can buddy up
When I was originally booked for March, Vicky told me I'd be staying at Luxury, and thats really all I heard about RH from Vicky. (Besides her answering the questions that I'd ask her). I never booked flights for my March surgery tho, so I never emailed Vicky flight confirmation.
When I rescheduled for my September date, she sent a confirmation telling me to email her my flight info as soon as I had it. I booked my flights almost right away, emailed her the info, and she told me "the RH" would be contacting me. I think the very next day I got an email from Liz at Serenity RH. I asked if she had a WhatsApp number, and she emailed it to me almost immediately. After that, communication with her was a breeze, because WhatsApp is like normal text messaging. She confirmed mine, and my guests stay (My fiance is going with me), and started telling me prices. I was confused, because she was giving me FULL pricing, and I was assuming I'd just have to pay the difference for my guest, and our upgrade to a double room. (Since my surgery quote included RH). Long story short, Liz told me I'd be paying her directly for ALL of the RH fees, and Vicky told me to deduct the RH from my surgery quote (-$700).

Thank you giving me more info, I appreciate it :) I wish I had booked my own RH sooner, I emailed Serenity this morning to see if they still have space available (if they do, I'm going to tell Luxury that I'm not staying there) and let Yily's office know I'm booking an RH separate so that they can deduct it off the price of paying "all inclusive". I've just read so many bad reviews about Luxury so I'm really hoping that they still have room at Serenity! I'm going to download Whatsapp and try that out, thanks for your help :)

Ugh so I booked with Princess Recovery and found out today that I'm not allowed to stay there due to issues they'e had in the past with Yily's office- Vicky told me either I switch RH's or switch surgeons...so now I'm loosing that deposit and looking for a new place to stay! :(
I originally booked with Princess Recovery but was told by Yily's office I'm not allowed to stay there! (are you going to Yily as well?) After more research i found out that there are some personal issues between Yily and the owner of Princess- who used to be Yily's assistant. So now I don't know where to stay! Are you IG--my name is Yily_sept5_17 if you wana add :) We will only overlap for 3 days - I'm leaving on the 13th
