I am aiming to go to Dra. Agustina Hilario Duran in the DR in April 2014, but hopefully no later than the summer for a makeover. I have a pretty good shape overall, but I need some "fine-tuning" after my babies and breastfeeding, etc. I'm 5'2 140-145, 34D/36C, 32, 41. My usual weight is 135, but I was advised not to be less than 145 to have a BBL by a doctor in the U.S. My areas of interest for repair/improvement from most important to least are my stomach/flanks, flat areas on some views of my bottom, and my breasts. The stretchmarks on my abdomen are way above my belly button, therefore, I know some will remain after surgery, but I'd rather have the scar than the extra skin and stretchmarks. I was quoted $6800 for a Tummy Tuck, Liposculpture, BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift/fat grafting to buttocks), and Breast Implant/Lift. I most likely will not do the breasts at this time, so I will update the cost without it when I receive it.I've looked at Dr. Daniel P. Markmann in Maryland where I was quoted about $15K for lipo/BBL , Dr. Andrew Jimerson in Georgia where I was quoted about $18K for a TT/lipo/BBL, and I never sent in the info to get a quote from Dra. Yily de los Santos in the DR, but she makes a teenie-tiny waist.I'm working on my funds at the current moment, but I will be sending the deposit of $250 as instructed in my email from Dr. Duran (The Doll Maker) asap. I'm not that uptight about people knowing, as I have told my friends and some family, but don't let my pics fool you, the before and afters will be dramatic! I've been mostly following bklynbeauty, a new Duran Doll - she just stood out to me. Thank you for all of your advice/posts/info for the Dolls-to-be!My profile pic is my wish pic, but my own body remodeled is my ultimate wish pic. A smaller waist, rounder butt, and breasts that go the same way that I do are my wish. ;)

We have yet to meet, but I received an email response with a quote, information on items needed pre/post-op and the need to be in generally good health to have surgery, within days of sending a quote request. I have been following her patients stories here on RealSelf and I am impressed so far.
