First Post: TT & BBL 23y/o After 1 Child - Dominican Republic, DO

I went in and my Dr drew all over me, I just told him to make it big & make me look good, I told the anesthesiologist Dr. White who was also my anesthesiologist three years ago from my BA to just do his thang like last time. He's a sweetheart, he got me talking about my son again and said "alright this will relax you" and I already knew what time it was because he did the same thing three years ago! I felt safe, I felt ok. When I woke up I already had my full garments on, I was on my stomach. Then we headed back to the hotel, I ate and then took my antibiotics and pain meds, I remember going without the pain meds most of the time because I'm pretty good with pain. It wasn't unbearable, it was just uncomfortable and sore. I stayed active, I'd walk, eat, and do everything else, I lay on my side a lot, that's the only thing I can do, my butt is very firm to touch, I know I have a while for it to go down. Next day post op they checked me out and told me everything looked good, my dr kept telling me "I have high expectations for you, you'll look great". When they finally removed all my pads and I was fully naked, I couldn't believe how good he sculpted my love handles and back! I guess cause I'm tiny to begin with, I don't know yet how much cc he transferred but I'll find out soon. Recovery is ok, just sore and the garments are tight but I'll keep em on, the tighter the better my results will be. I've only taken one pain meds today. I don't think it's doing too much since it's just soreness anyway. I love my body now, I can't even begin to tell you guys the emotional roller coaster I went through. My mom is so happy for me, she's my biggest supporter, she cried because she knows what I went through after having a baby & just destroying my body because of the weight gain. I know I'm still sore and swollen but I will not change a thing. I feel complete now. I was originally going for a tt in a couple months but I think I'll just wait and see what will happen after working out. My skin got stretched from gaining 70 lbs after baby & my muscle teared apart. I'll post a pic of my swollen yet flat tummy.

One of the dresses I was ready to say goodbye to, pulled em out when I was about to shower & tried it on. & omg, these dresses ain't going nowhere!
