Finally -Dominican Republic, DO

My sister, a friend and I decided in April we were coming to DR in August to have cosmetic surgery after careful and diligent research. We had our surgeries between Aug 9 & 10. We stayed at Recovery House Armonia. It is truly a wonderful place to be after having surgery. The owner, Mira was God sent. She was my lost long tia and her staff my primas (o) and abuelita. You have three meals a day your choice and snacks. There are not any hospital beds or hospital like beds which I will recommend to her. Despite that it is clean, air condition (self controlled) in each room, the massage therapist is in house, there is hot water, there is wifi, it is safe, the staff is attentive and friendly and a doctor visits everyday. The owner does speak English. It is not perfect but much better than my Spanish however there is always someone in the house who speaks English like another patient. I did a lot of translation and my Spanish is not great just use Google translation (it has an audio component). Good luck and God bless RealSelf Familia.
By the way I neglected to mention that I am very happy with my results. My bottom looks very nice and natural just how I wanted it.
Suggestions:
1. Visit marenagroup click on comfort wear and view the size chart before going to Dr. Yily bc her staff want to stuff you in smaller garments than you need. If you garment is too tight that may affect the healing process. Enough compression is sufficient and adjust your garment as needed. One size down is ok but two sizes is too much. My measurements were 33 w and 43 hips and they were trying to stuff me in a small when I should me in a XL. I decided on a M and believe me so I am regretting that. I am about to take my sister's large and we are on our way to the CIPLA to purchase an XL bc she can not take it any more. They should have given her a 2xl based on her measurements. Marena is a good garment and has sufficient compression. It was rated one of the better garments postoperative. Of course after the healing process you can invest in a garment like Fajate but it is not a recommend garment for stage 1 after a bbl.
2. Make sure you purchase compression stocking you need it.
