Hello Fatima Dolls, I am 30 days away from my surgery. I will be having a bbl, liposuction, breast augmentation with lift, and possible Tummy tuck. I have three children 20, 13, and 11 year old. My husband and I will arrive in the DR on July 4, 2014. I have been taking vitamins, passport is here, and flight is booked

Started packing and organizing my clothes and Medical Supplies
Hey ladies, I started packing and my medical supplies. I decided to get my medical supplies from Vitality medical online. I also got the Ziplock Space saver bags to compress my clothing and all of the medical items. I've also started trying to eat better. I've been juicing veggies and fruits. I am guilty of not doing strength training. I am going to push myself to do toning exercise until July.

Great list of supplies but just one suggestion if I may from experience, to prevent swelling in your feet u need a sandal if u just have to wear them the sole needs to be as thick as like one inch thick so it's not so hard on ur feet or tennis shoes w compression stockings to prevent swelling . I know it won't be cute but rt now recovery takes presidence!

Thanks Sexeeangel. We will be there a few days before my surgery, so I will only use my sandals for those days I have my compression stocking, I wasn't sure what type of shoes to wear with them, so I also bought medical grade none slip socks. Thanks to your advice I will also bring a more supportive shoe.

I emailed almonte last night ;) I was set on not going to DomRep but I am considering it again. I am just a bit afraid of cipla. But the results of almontes work is just amazing. I haven't found anyone here that is as talented only if you are willing to pay over 15000. Have you gotten the pain meds yet? That would be a concern of mine also. I haven't seen my pcp in like 3 years and now I am on medicaid and won't be able to see my old doc. Not sure Ido can just go to the one to me and say hey I need a ton of pain meds lol

So you just tell your pcp that you are having surgery and need them? Will he give u a prescription for one kind only? I am so afraid of pain it's not even funny lol I want several different once so that if one kind doesn't work I'll have a backup plan

Yes I've heard nothing but good review of Cecip from cleanliness to the nurse aftercare. I've heard that if you are at Cecip you do not need to hire a nurse from the RH for aftercare because the nurses at Cecip are that on point. Now....this is what I've read so not from personal experience but all reviews of Cecip have been very positive. Cipla, not so much....

I wish I could like add you all to like a friends list lol. They need to update that function here. That way you can keep up with your chicas. Ok well that is very very good news. That puts me at ease. I am so. Infused on what to do girl lol it's not even funny. I can't make up my mind.

Lol! That would be a great idea! Or even a feature where you can put in your date of travel and find others for buddy that way. Anywhoo...if you are listening RS Gods. Lol Yea I was all over the place but I'm pretty confident in Almonte. No plans to switch those plans.

Hello Major_curves, I am 5 feet 11 inches tall. I usually weigh about 165. I am currently 183. I've gained so much weight for the bbl.

I can barely fit any of my clothes, I am 20 days pre-op today. I am hoping that this is enough weigh gain. How much did you gain? R u planning to gain more or lose? I've heard that fat cells don't go away. They just shrink and swell, when you gain and lose weight. Lol!! I hope this is true.

I want to lose 5 pounds so I'll be back to my consultation weight of 168. My PS didn't want me to gain or lose at 168.
