Bed and Breakfast Boca Chica
Staying in the bed and breakfast on the beach, has really helped me to relaxed. So peaceful

Oh...what did you need a spray/squirt bottle for? I will pack mine but interested what exactly I would need it for? Cleansing?
When I wash my privates I wanted a squirt bottle with bottled water in it to rinse off. Spray bottle to put a little alcohol in to spray on your lipo stitches. I ended having my husband to put a hole in the top of a water bottle. I have not use the DR water at all. A liter of water here in Boca Chica is 1 US penny. The facecloths could be used for your face or whatever. Hotel Barcelo didn't have them, nor does The village on the beach were we are staying

Just found your blog and I must say u look great! U soo did not need a TT. Also, do u have contact & pricing info for the nurse? I'm trying to decide if I should stay at a RH or at a family friends house. Thanks!
If you are going alone, I say recovery house or friends and Family. The nurse checks your temp, empty your drain, administer your meds, give you bath, change your dressings, and feeds you.
My mom will be with me but shes trying to convince me to stay at her friends house in Santo Domingo to save money instead of going to a recovery house. I will still need a nurse tho because I will need help changing my dressings, etc.. If you recommend your nurse please pass along her contact info. thanks!

Surgery was Monday, and my drain was taken out today. CECIP is a busy clinic all week long. It was busy and open today. Lol!! 5 days postop

Before and After
So ladies I had 7 liters of fat sucked out!!!!! Oh my God!!! I'm feeling much better today I was really weak. I am trying to get a Faja Burn on my back. Any creases can cause one. I didn't realize just how flat my butt was, or how much fat I had on my back. I went for my follow up appointment yesterday, Dr. Almonte said everything is looking good. I have on an extra small Faja and I'm using the tightest row. Some things I wish I would have brought with me were, spray bottle, squirt bottle, several face cloths, and a tape measure. I didn't stay in a recovery house, we have been staying in a bed and breakfast on the beach. I hired a nurse to Come and take care of me

I started taking my vitamins faithful back in February. I also took the vitamins and iron with a green smoothies. I got that idea from one of the dolls here on Realself
