I was suppose to be having a surgery with Cynthia...

I was suppose to be having a surgery with Cynthia Disla. When over the weekend I came you with some health problems. So I emailed Disla letting her know that I will not longer be able to make it so could I have 400 dollars back out of the 508 deposit that I sent. Well her response was she was only giving me back 50% of my money which she did not send back she only sent back 230 dollars which is not 50%. She also went on to say she charged me for consultation and evaluation and her time dedicated to me. I don't know how she did any of those things if I live in the USA. Ladies make she you see a written contract from these doctors because this is the BS that they will hand you.

I sent back the 50 % because as you know i had to pay 35 us to sent it back to you that is why you just received 230 us from 508 you sent . i was during 2 month talking with you back and forth and giving all the information you needed about the process and answering you about all your doubts today i decided to count how many emails i have from you and from me in your carpet and it is 2 pages of emails , i mean 50 emails , in conversation between you and me , i do this personally because i love to manage this myself, dedicating with love and care to all my patients what ever you want to know around the process before you come , ounce you cancel there is an investment as i told you of time dedicated that you have to understand is a cost

I made up my mind I'm going with Dr.Disla because most doctors wouldn't even message you back definitely wouldn't give your money back and then DR.Disla took her time to respond to this I think I love her already. I'm emailing you right now

Dra Disla, you have me sold. I have been communicating with you back and forth within the last few days, and I am fully aware of only receiving 50% back of my deposit. I believe this is reasonable. You respond within minutes and answer ALL questions and concerns. I am excited!!
