Hi dolls I'm so so sorry that I have an updated in about five months. I've been so caught up with my personal life and working in children I just didn't make the time. To be honest I have not been eating right my eating habits has stayed the same but my results are still pretty good because I use this embrace band over my Faja and it works so good. Having to take your garment in and have it altered every two weeks just seem like a waste of money so I use the embrace band for compression OMG I love it and it's only $24 they have the another band for $19 that works great too.
