Hello all. Unfortunately I have no results after getting a bbl by Dr. Duran in January I still have not had a response from her regarding my results. I have been encouraged to do squats. I need and will have a round 2 with another doctor. I should not have to attemp to get some ass by doing squats after bbl surgery to hopefully see results. I did squats and lunges before surgery with limited results. Butt still flat...I'm still disappointed!

Every surgeon can't give everyone perfect results everytime. I'm sorry if you didn't get the results you want. Its heartbreaking when that happens... At least your recovery wasn't so bad, right? You're only 8wks out and no bruises, no scars, not a mark in sight. That'd be messed up if you had the scars from surgery without the results. Most people have only just begun to see themselves healing at 8wks... It cost $5K just the BBL? Usually that prices includes more with Duran... But it seems a lot of people have had trouble contacting Duran. If Duran is not responding, unfortunately, you might just have to take the lost and move on to another doctor for round 2. :-/ I know that can be hard to do. Sorry.
I also got a breast reduction, I am pleased with those results. I had minimal bruising, no burns, just discomfort and my back is still killing me. I still would have liked at least some results. I initially looked fabulous, now I know that it was due to swelling. It's obvious I have to take it as a loss, that was not my point. I shared my experience to inform people that we sometimes do not receive the results we desire.
Oh okay. I understand. Hope you can find a surgeon who can give you the results you were looking for.
Wow I'm sorry about ur results. The fat must of not taken. They do say that results can take up to 6 weeks. Duran is hard to contact try going thru her facebook page.
I think at some point she should take some time once a week to respond to those who have have questions and/or concerns about their surgery. And to be honest I'd rather go to DR ...get a consultation with Duran while you're already thete...trust you will get surgery if your labs and health screen is good.

Hi there! If you chnge ur mind...here are a few pointers : get bck in your stage one garment, only take ot off to shower every three days! COMPRESSION COMPRESSION for COMPRESSION !! IS THE KEY! Go bck to NO SITTING, use that BOOPY PILLOW, LYMPHATIC MASSAGES twice a month! SQUATS starting off at 50 per day increasing them by 4 everyday, drink Whey Protein shake once a day! No cardiio!! Eat potatoes, measure ur butt weekly bcz this will let you know if progress is being made! U can do this if u want too!
I will start today...hoping the squats don't decrease my already flat butt...Thank you for the encouragement.

I'm afraid of the same thing but I have a back up plan!! I'll just get injections AGAIN in my butt and hips I'm having tt n bbl lypo to back and my waist inbox me if u have any questions boo.. I'm glad someone feels my pain...lol... it irritates me when someone blows it off and simply says we'll you have to take that money as a loss. I didn't have thousands of dollars to throw away.I also had a breast reduction and fat put in my hips so i was told to sleep on my back. I will inbox you....thanks a bunch!

As I've posted my butt looks exactly the same 6 weeks after surgery as it did before surgery. It looked great right after surgery when I still had swelling...by week 2 butt was about the same as before surgery.
When you've tried contacting duran's office after, did you show her pics of right after surgery vs now? Do you have the pics to show RS members?
Duran hasn't responded. I've already stated I sent her pictures. Dr. Duran took several pictures of me after surgery she can compare with the ones I sent her. I don't have pictures from right after surgery. I don't understand why you seem to feel like I am not doing the necessary things when contacting Dr. Duran. I am not unintelligent, I know how to communicate effectively and can articulate my desires...displeasures and feelings very well. Duran isn't responding. The results are not satisfactory. Nothing I can do about it. I'm sharing my experience and moving on with my life.
I saw that you said you sent pics and explained that you were unhappy. I didn't know if you only sent what you look like now, or if you actually sent pics from right after and compared them to pics for now. My intentions were not to offend you. I don't doubt that you are intelligent and know how to communicate and articulate your thoughts. I just felt bad that you're one of the few exceptions of someone who was not satisfied with your results from Duran. So I was trying to make a suggestion that could possibly help.
Thank you. ..I still believe Duran is an excellent plastic surgeon. ..No one is perfect all the time...I feel not enough fat was added... I also believe not being able to sleep on my stomach because of breast reduction contributed to the fat not taking. But Duran should follow up with her patients if they have questions or concerns. ..she was paid in cash by me and I feel she should be sensitive to my feelings and also professional enough to want to discuss my bbl results.
Ooooh okay. That makes sense (that not being able to sleep on your stomach messed your bbl results). And that's true. It does seem that surgeons outside of the US only accept cash and don't care about you after the surgery is done. Yily and Duran are at the top of most list for bbl. But that's not right how Duran's office treated you. That's my biggest concern - that if something goes wrong once I get home, I'll be on my own. So your story scares me. Plus, I'll need a tt and bl, and I really wanted to get them done with the bbl. But maybe I'll just have to get them separate.
Not being able to sleep on your stomach may or may not affect your results. My friend got the same thing. ..slept on her back...but her ass is huge! But she already had a big butt before hand. ..So each individual person gets different results.
If her butt was big before, that makes sense. And you're right - each individual will see different results. But still, for the overwhelming majority, if you sleep your back, most of the newly injected fat cells will die.

You probably have those results, because Duran did not operate on you. I read countless reviews where patients woke up to some one else operating . I'm just saying you look great to me. I'm sorry you feel that way, cause if it was me I'll be devastated to. Take care honey:-)

I have heard it with Yily, but most likely Duran has done this, also. It's very common ( in America also) to have students operate on the patient while the doctor guides and monitors them.
You definitely heard this about Yily NOT Duran.
Do you have any links to reviews that say Duran did this? I just found out about her yesterday and she is one doctor I put on my list of possible surgeons to consider.
It's several members on this site who says they woke up during surgery and she was not working on them.. Baez did mines when I woke up though it was some man doing my injections she was there though
