This has been a very pleasant experience so far and I have no complaints or regrets. I did all the right things to prepare my body for this surgery and trust me it really pays off. I have yet to have any pain from the time I woke up from the surgery to the first massage I received on day 2 po just a bit sore and finding a comfortable position to lie and rest which is expected in this circumstances. I have been lying on my butt and haven't noticed a difference in volume. I am moving around throughout the day because I don't enjoy being in bed for long periods of time but that is just a part of the recovery. I haven't got a good look at my breast yet because of the bandages covering them but I think she gave me a good size. I have lots of questions for her when I have my follow up in a couple days that's when I'll have more details to share. I just took a quick pic after my massage of my BBL and I'll post it next but if this is an idea of what I'll expect in my future results I'm very pleased! Disla is the best!!

Yes girl you look great. I love my results from Disla. One thing I must say no matter of how much prepping we do, I believe the hard part is maintaining after the surgery.
Exactly!! This recovery requires so much more than the prep in my opinion. It's an investment so the maintenance is crucial but we got this far no need to fall short now gotta stay focused

It's surgery day!
Well i'm here in DR up early as I usually am so I had a little time to post an update before preparing to head over to the clinic. I arrived yesterday afternoon and had no issues flight was good and my layover was so short that there was only time for a restroom stop and then board the connecting flight. I had purchased my tourist card online a month prior so I didn't need to stand in that line but thankfully I travel often enough to know that the customs forms has to be completed as well and it is in Spanish so for those of you that are like me that dont speak or read the language pls familiarize yourself with what the fields are so that you can avoid the frustration of looking for someone who can understand or speak english to help you with filling out the information. So moving on, I knew beforehand that the driver would be waiting with a sign as I exit the terminal and there he was a very nice gentlemen who spoke fluent English and we headed over to get my labs and x-rays done before taking me to the recovery house. It was a quick in and out process that maybe took 15 minutes total they got a urine sample did a blood draw then a chest x-ray all I needed to show was my passport. We left there and headed to Ambar RH and it is awesome! The staff is friendly and Disla's daughter Ambar is a sweetheart. I will keep updating my experience as the week goes on so i'll see how it goes but I did have to use the translator app on my phone because the nurses and cooks speak very little English so the App is helpful so download that for those that need it.
In my post prior to this one I mentioned that my hemo levels were getting better but I had started the vitamedica recovery supplements 8 days ago and my results from my labs yesterday came back at 14.6!! OMG...I definately wasn't expecting that. I was praying to make it to 13.2 and thought 13.5 would have been a stretch but 14?? that was so unexpected. Extremely happy though cause I can get all I want hopefully but I'll know for sure once I visit with Disla today. So ladies stay consistent with your vitamins and eat healthy it pays off. I know we all have different journeys but my hemo was 11.5 just 45 days ago and I did not take more than the recommended dose.
So I'm looking forward to a successful surgery I'm not nervous at all I'm leaving it in God's hands and I will let y'all know how it all goes.
