Drink lots of water. A lot of fresh pineapple n 100% pineapple juice. Bromelain or Arnica pills n gel as well. Get those massages n stay compressed unless u must take off the garment do not. Keep those compression socks on n make sure they're not too tight.

Water!! A gallon a day. I stopped once I got home and started back swelling up badly. The back stiffness will get better w time remember you just had a 3 inch needle in your spine so stay on your pain killers especially before your massage

Bless your heart. You have to walk no matter how you feel to keep blood clots away. Yes, about water yet you must eat fruit because too much water will also deplete your body of ALL vitamins. Easy to say but you also need sleep. Sleep creates new cells and the only other way to create cells after childhood is to be pregnant. Sleep is an excellent source for recovery. I just hope you have some pain pills so you can sleep. Sleep, walk a bit or have someone massage your legs especially, drink your water with fruit......repeat. I like to put all my fruit into water in the evening. Put the cut up fruit in a pitcher, jug or huge glass. Put ice on top to hold it down, add the water. It will be fruit flavored and delish in the morning. Yum!
