Hi ladies, I've been busy with work and making money for my upcoming surgeries but I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm still on here reading and lurking lol a lot. I just did one of those before and after pics using an app I found. This is what I want to look like I hope it not much but I'm getting a bbl, TT, BL, and Lipo next month and I'm super excited.

Hi ladies, so I have been lurking here on realself for so long reading tons of reviews. I knew I wanted to have a bbl for a long time but I was going back and forth about whether I should stay in the US or travel abroad. Needless to say I am now booked and schedule for surgery in February 2015 with Dra. Yily De los Santos and I am so excited! I am thinking about bloging about my experience, I have been recording my own little journey so far because I felt like I want to look back at it one day and see how far I have come but I am not sure if I am ready to share with the world but this community have been so helpful to me this far so I think I can try to help someone else if I do share my experiences.

Exciting! How did you determine that Dra. Yily was right for you? I'm still trying to decide if traveling is the right option for me.

#nerdy_girl. I stalked realself and read so many reviews and looked at tons of photos. One thing that stood out in my mind is the fact that I feel the results from the doctors overseas is what I wanted more, and then of course the price factor is a major influence. Dra. Yily work looks more natural to me but I also love Durans work.

That's what I'm looking for too - a natural look. I want a BL, TT, and BBL. But I don't want to look "fake."

Scars are kind of inevitable, so I've accepted it. I mean, they're cutting into you. Lol

I am getting the same surgeries and lipo and yeah I have come to terms with the scars. I figure since I got all those stretch marks why would it hurt to get a few battle scars lol

haha! Great way to think of it! I'm thinking of getting some liposculpture around my waist in addition to what I already mentioned. I've seen some good results from Dra. Yily.

Welcome to RS! Great choice and of you need a reliable RH facility contact Liz who owns SERENITY! She also works closely w your PS u chose.
