So after I decided on Diaz I contact Dr Cabral his work was excellent but after my research I decided against him due to the numerous fatalities associated with him...anyway he contacted me and said he could do the surgery for 3800 contact his office...Diaz said lose 30 pounds??? I'm going to lose the 30 pounds I'm 8 down woop wooop

Diaz said I need to lose 30 pounds...at least he's not a money grubber, he actually cares about my well-being..well any advice? I'm doing herbalife and I'll start the gym but my knees are terrible...guess Diaz doll is Wayyy in the future. I'm sad I wanted to not spend another bday fat n sloppy ughh

Try going to a medical DR. and get some appetite suppressant. The best ones are called phenimine 37.5. They boost your energy and taking it while going to the gym or even walk and light running and walking on a track will help. Or you can try to eat just fruits and vegetables. Keep us posted. If you're trying to lose weight fast you could try the "Sacred Heart Healthy Diet"(I think that's the name) but you lose weight really fast with this diet...they tell heart patients to use it before surgery to lose weight quickly and flush the extra water weight off..HTH GL

I can't wait to see your results! I thought about going to Diaz once upon a time. When are you planning on going? I set my date further in the future because I wanted to drop some pounds before surgery. So we'll be on this weight loss adventure together!

I've gained 40 pounds I can't get off hope to lose 20...currently on Herbalife....I want bbl complete lipo to stomach and back, light on arms and inner thighs...looking to go to DR...thinking of Dr.Diaz ladies plz help gimme some more Drs to check out...lemme see some lovely post ops any advice suggestions anything plz

I hope you don't go on Herbalife and right off the bat go to surgery in a couple of months. You might want to ask the Dr. if you need to lose at all, they might need that fat for the BBL, so my suggestion is that you communicate your specific concerns to your doctor, and unless they tell you to lose, lay off the Herbalife. Make sure you do take supplements, iron, eat vegetables, fish, fruit, lots of iron...You will be great, just walk and give your lungs a workout and think beautiful positive thoughts and pray. I'm starting Herbal Life tomorrow. I wasn't to lose 20 lbs too. My surgery is scheduled 3 days before yours. Let the countdown begin!!!

Hey girl! I think stress is what blew me up to... Stress fat is like concrete it's so hard to get rid of... I'm scheduled for dr cortes in htx on 6/5 even though I'm 6'1 (a whopping) 240lbs, he advised me to gain 10lbs. I was assured that he most definitely would get rid of all my excess foolishness! He seems great so far maybe, if your still searching you could give him a call :) I'll be following your journey honey!!!
