24 Year Old Bbl with Dr Mallol

November 8, 2017 I flew down to Dominican Republic for my procedure with Dr.Mallol. Someone from the recovery house met me and my mother at the airport and took us drop off our bags and check out the house. We stayed at Sealily recovery house. After dropping our bags off we went immediately to the hospital to get my blood work done and to meet with Dr.Mallol. We waited for a while to meet Dr.Mallol but when he finally came around he was very pleasant hugging me and my mom and giving us kisses on the cheeks. He explained the procedure and recommended what he though would be best for me. I ended up agreeing to an additional charge of Chin Lipo and thigh lipo with his recommendation. He told me what to do for pre opp and that I would be his first patient in the morning the following day. I did all my blood work and left for the day.
The following morning at 7am I arrived at the hospital where they did my blood work again and checked to make sure I was good for surgery. They gave my Mom and I a big private room to stay in until the following day when I would be released. They also asked me if I would require a 24 hour nurse for a few of $50usd to stay with me as there was no other nurses in the hospital that would be checking up on me at night time. Obviously I agreed as I didn’t want any complications to occur and have no support. After that I waited in the room until Dr.Mallol came. He greeted me and asked me how I was feeling assuring me everything was going to be ok. He marked up where he would be taking the fat from and told me nurses would be coming to get me shortly.
nurses came to get me and took me down to the operating room. Let me just say that place was scary as hell. It looked straight from a horror movie. But at this point I was in to deep. They told me that they would be giving me an epidural???? And I fell asleep. I remember waking up feeling pressure and slight pain during my procedure and they fell back asleep. ( I did read prior to the surgery that when they flip u over they wake u up to make sure you are breathing and everything was ok) however it was still very scary.
I woke up after the procedure puking my brains out. At this time I seen a bag of blood attached to my arm feeding me blood. The nurse told me that my levels got low and I needed a blood transfusion. At this time I had no clue what time it was I was fading in an out of sleep until they woke me and told me they were taking me back to the room where my Mother was waiting.
When I arrived back to my room my mother was waiting and it was almost dark outside. They had taking me into the surgery at 9am and I didn’t get back to my mom until 6or7pm. She was very worried but she did say Dr.Mallol came by and told her everything went fine and that I was getting blood transfusions.
During the night the nurse stayed with us helping me take my medication and helping me use the washroom. She spoke little English but was helpful.
The recovery process was crazy. I don’t think I really knew was I was getting into. I could barely move my body on my own. When I needed to do anything I need support from my mother or the nurses at the recovery house. I did get TWO pretty large lipo burns from Mallol. But overall he did a great job on my body and was VERY helpful and supportive of my recovery process.
During my recovery process for some reason I kept fainting every time someone would unclog my drain. It was very very very scary for me. We were very unclear as to why that was happening and Dr.Mallol made sure that I was ok. He even came to my recovery house to check on me and sent me to get a bunch of test done and even had a neurological specialist come in to check me as well. I ended up being ok and chalked it up to feeling extreme pain in my lower back every time they unclogged my drain.
After returning home Dr.Mallol reached out many time to check on me and insure my progress.
Overall I think Mallol did a great job and was EXTREMELY concerned about his patients. He is a very lovely doctor and pretty affordable. I really love how snatched he made me and the proportions of my body look natural and make me feel extremely sexy.
