I take OJ with my iron...let me know vitamins and you are taking also what supplies you purchase............. let me know what you guys used on your plane ride for a BBL to help you sit comfortably... my time is winding down I'm getting excited and nervous at all at the same time

I am getting excited about my up coming sx with, Dr. Almonte. If anyone can give me advice with do's and don'ts please share. I'm praying for only one round, but it looks like a lot of her patients have to go back for round two. I wanted to go to Duran, her work is amazing, a lot of her patients get the look they want with only one round. Let me know y'all opinion.... (Yes my life is more important ijs).

Hi There! If your hemo is at least 13.0 - 15.0 you should be able to get everything done. When I went my hemo was 12.3 so I couldn't get all the procedures, and I really wanted my arms, and a BBL; however she did WONDERFUL with what she had to work with. Currently I just want some extra lipo done on some areas; however if she could of did it the first round she would of. So with her safety is more important and she doesn't want to risk any problems.

I've read that you shouldn't bath, brush your teeth, or drink the tap water.It is not treated and carries parasites that will harm you. Also not to dress too flashy, be forthcoming with existing health issues, medications and to tip your helpers.
