Dr. Luis Redondo will be operating on me April 2015. I loved the fact he answer any questions or concerns I had. He also listen to me. He respond back to all emails in a timely matter which is awesome. Your health is first and foremost most and Dr. Redondo make that very clear from the very beginning and that also made me feel comfortable with him doing my surgery. He is not just a someone operating on you and that's it, he also cares and he is also your friend throughout the whole process and that is also a two thumbs up. If you are traveling from the US, expect to stay 17 days arriving two days before the actual surgery take place. I know I have a little while to go before my old body is transformed but I am already a nervous reck, but at the same time I can't wait. I will be getting a tummy tuck, butt lift, and breast lift. I will keep you guys posted on my journey two days before I start with before and after pictures, and where I will be staying in Puerto Plata after my surgery is complete. There are not any recovery houses in Puerto Plata at the time, but two are in the process of being open one for sure around October or November so I will definitely keep you ladies posted on that in case someone decide to go to Puerto Plata you will not have such a hard time finding information. But if anyone know about a nurse that I can pay for help and messages or any other informative information that would help me on my journey feel free to leave a reply. Okay I am on RS every chance I get and never do any updates, I really enjoy reading everyones comments and replies. I cant begin to tell you ladies how much this site (RS) has helped my prepare for my BBl, Lipo,TT, and Bl. I recieved my labs from my PCP and my Hemoglobin Level was a 11.6 so she told me to buy some Ferrous Sulfate and that would bring my level up cause God knows I need my Hemo to be a 12 or better, I also brought some Geritol Liquid process. I have also start taking Vitamin C 1000mg, Folic Acid 800mg, and Zinc 50mg it shouldn't never be too earily to start taking your vitamins to get your body right. I have been walking everyday, I have been eating healthy, and not drinking anything but water so I am trying to figure out why I started out 2 weeks ago at 194lbs and now I weight 197lbs. 3 pounds in 2 weeks did I miss something here. I have quite smoking Newports so I am wndering does that have anything to do with me weight gain, my mother said that could be the problem because a lot of people that stop smoking suffer from weight gain NO THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING. I want to be 180 for my operation, What IS A GIRL TO DO, I will come up with something. Anyway I haven't start buiying any medical supplies yet but I do have my list ready and checking it twice lol thanks to you dolls hereon RS.
