I am new to this site. I have been reading all the reviews about Dra. Tania Medina. I am soooo desperate. I would love to get my pre pregnancy body back. I am real nervous as well going to the D.R, because I don't know an ounce of Spanish and might take this trip on my own. Does any one have any insight or advice to give for a newbie like myself.

She did my work and she was amazing. She will NOT put you at risk. She will do what is best for you. You will be in great hands. You can look at my before and after pictures if you want to see a big difference. She is responsible for the way I look. :)

Hello wow she did do a great job! My main concern though is the language barrier. I am also a little worried about the cleanliness of the recovery house, and the water I read a couple reviews that says to be careful of the water.

Dr. Medina speaks/writes in near perfect English. I have not yet gone to see her (but will in August) but I have researched doctors for two years and counting. From what I have seen and read extensively, she is one of the best. I am staying at the My Home Recovery House which she recommended. I researched it as well and it has an excellent reputation. From what I have read, more than a few staff members in My Home Recovery House speak English as well.

Made my deposit!!

Im happy and extremely nervous at the same time. I finally decided to make my deposit today. I am diving into this decision I have waited years to finally take care of my self and get my confidence back. I feel a little guilty because I will be leaving my kids to take this journey, but I keep trying to remind myself that I will come back home in a better state of mind.

So I had to reschedule my procedure date. I am a little bummed out. I am still a little shocked that I actually made this commitment. I just pray that I don't have any regrets
