My results are awful, nose looks really piggy, nostrils are showing too much. I think that it is very poor work. Bridge has been removed too much and tip not enough, you can see it clearly. I am now 10 months post operation. Big mistake that I didn't do much research and just trusted great instagram and positive reviews. I feel like my face looks completely different and not in a good way, I regret this decision and would choose different surgeon. Please do your research carefully when choosing a doctor. I will need a revision to fix this, really really sad.

I'm so sorry you're not happy with the results. It's hard to know exactly what your new nose looks like compared to what you had hoped for, but honestly from the pictures, it is not ugly or piggy. I am not complimenting the surgeon, but just hoping you don't feel too badly. Thanks so much for sharing.

I have lots of regrets. My old nose had nice definition from the front and now my bridge is completely flat, it has altered the way my eyes look for worse, he removed too much and tip is over rotated, columella was completely retracted, which makes the nose loose definition even more, those are not great results. I need a revision, I feel like my face has been ruined and I should have done more research and go with another surgeon. Now I don't know how to search for a revision specialist who can fix all of this and how much it will cost, really sad...

I'm also not here to compliment the surgeon or invalidate your opinions but yeah, it's not ugly or piggy and I actually really like it! You look like a model. That being said, as we can't see the rest of the face, maybe it's not so harmonious all together. I hope this makes you feel any better though <3

I really doubt that it will drop, it doesn't look as crazy as when cast was removed, so it has dropped a bit, but not much... Also it may not look crazy in those pictures, but in real life it is extremely upturned, looks unnatural, biggest mistake of my life for real...
