Disappointed with Exilis Treatment and Lack of Follow Up

While I understand that there are no guarantees, I was disappointed with the lack of follow up after my failed exilis treatments. I purchased multiple treatments and did them all, and I unfortunately saw zero results. Having paid a large chunk of cash, this is incredibly frustrating. Having gained no weight, I saw no results, and I even saw their own before/after photos which painted the exact same picture as my own. What was the most concerning to me on an ethical level was how the technician tried to lie to my face and act like there had been change — I could tell even she didn't believe what she was saying — and that was the most insulting part of all. As a doctor and business owner in the medical field, I debated whether or not I wanted to write this review — and then I remembered that if I also had a patient that paid top dollar for a treatment that did not produce a single result, I would make an offer of some sort to my patient for a follow up treatment or discount as a gesture of goodwill. I know it’s a business, but it is also about taking care of people so they don’t feel hung out to dry. I had asked the tech to ask Dr. Zamora to follow up with me re: no results and I have yet to hear back — and that was two months ago.
