32 yr old Female Dimple Creation

I think this is my 4th dimple procedure over the course of the past 7 years. I didn't need to have it done in 2017 but I wanted them a little deeper which my doctor told me may or may not make a difference. So this procedure is a gamble.
Everyone was extremely pleased with my previous results that have last over the years. I think i first got dimple creation done in 2010. For some reason, the dimples didn't stick so i got them redone in 2010. They were not deep enough so I got them done again in 2011 and they were perfect and are prominent and natural looking in 2017.
I just wanted them wider and deeper so i figured this will be the last time I get them done even if it doesn't make a difference.
Things to keep in mind: Everyone who does this procedure keeps saying there is no scarring on the outside of the cheeks. This procedure is done on the inside and outside of the cheek. The thread goes in the cheek and out the cheek and in the cheek and out the cheek. My doctor told me that i will have indents in my cheeks for several weeks without smiling, holes sitting on my face.
I put clear tape over the holes and add foundation over the tape to cover it up for work and in public. Honestly, if I could, i would work from home for at least 3-4 weeks to avoid from co workers and strangers staring at me and asking me questions.
