Changed my life - my stomach is flat and I have zero back pain

After having 2 kids within 2 years my body transformed and I developed Diastasis Recti. Flash forward to now, 6 weeks post surgery and I am back to me! My stomach is flat, I have zero back pain, I can do all the gym workouts, hikes, pilates I want and everyday I feel better and better. It was the quickest 6 weeks of my life that was just a time of rest and recovery and I would 100% do this surgery all over again because it has completely changed my life and the lives of my kids and husband. I am no longer feeling like I’m disabled or can’t do certain things because I “don’t have a core”. I am healed and it was the best gift I could have ever given myself.
