He took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, which made me feel confident and well prepared. The entire medical team and staff were equally supportive, attentive, and caring throughout the whole process, always making sure I was comfortable and informed.

Although the procedure itself involved some pain, it was absolutely worth it. In the following days, there was no pain at all, the recovery went smoothly, and everything was perfect.
